Portland Filmmaker, Bryan Tosh, was born and raised in the city which his film Bridgetown is set. Bryan was interested in creative writing at a young age. Attending Benson High School, Bryan picked up photography and his love of the camera began. After serving 10 years in the Navy, Bryan finally decided to give his creative side 100% of his focus and returned to writing -- his time it was screenwriting. He attended the Academy of Art University receiving his Associates in Motion Pictures and Television. In 2012 he enrolled in the Art Institute of Portland, where he will receive a BFA in Digital Film and Video this year. Most of his experience is behind the camera as a DP, but loves working on set in just about any capacity, with professional experience on the sets of Portlandia and currently The Librarians.
