Jeffrey Janoff was born and raised just outside of Portland, Oregon. He grew up in West Linn, and has studied film at the University of Oregon and Portland State University. Jeffrey likes to create comedically audio visual stories that invoke, inspire, and innovate imagination. Although starting out as an actor in Portland, #PDXCARPET is Janoff's first short student film that he wrote, directed, and edited.
